How To Import A Vehicle

Customers Note: If what you want can’t be found in Auctions, contact us with what you want and we’ll find it for you.

  1. Decide on you budget and enter it into the Importing Calculator to receive a full break down
  2. Following the auction search options, browse for the car you want
  3. Email us the stock number of the car you are interested in
  4. We’ll send you a detailed spec sheet about the car
  5. If it meets your specifications and you want to proceed, we require a 20% deposit to place a bid
  6. If the bid is successful, a further 30% required within 4 working days. (Please Note: Car cannot be shipped until 50% of car purchase price received. This is a huge advantage as most importers require 100%)
  7. When payment has cleared, your car will be booked onto the next available ship. (From purchase, to arrival in NZ, usually takes around 5 weeks)
  8. When your car arrives in NZ, we deliver your car to compliance. (Please Note: For some cars to comply they may need minor things such as brake pads etc, this is an extra cost that must be paid by the customer before delivery)
  9. When car has been cleared through compliance the remaining 50% of purchase price is required, we will then deliver it to your door*.
  10. When you receive your car, all you have to do is register it and enjoy!

* optional extra. Door to door delivery available at cost. Pick up is also available.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
If you place a 20% deposit and our bid is successful and you fail to deposit the further 30%, your 20% deposit will be forfeited. Once the car arrives in New Zealand and is released from customs, if full payment is not received within (3) working days of cars release from compliance, the sale will be void and 50% deposit forfeited. Car cannot be released to you until total purchase amount is received in FULL.
